Solterra Resort is ideally located in the Davenport / Championsgate area, a short drive south of US Highway 192.

This is a secure gated resort style community consisting of Townhouses with Splash Pool and detached Homes with Swimming Pool.

The development is situated around a large lake, with walkway, and is very tropical and scenic.

The centrepiece is the Resorts large Clubhouse with many leisure amenities including the zero entry swimming pool and lazy river pool.

Disney World Orlando and all the other Theme Parks and Attractions are within easy driving distance.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and fast food outlets are all within a short drive.
